-Per chi ama le space opera
“Skyward” è un romanzo frizzante e complesso, con un’ambientazione coinvolgente e approfondita, che vi condurrà su Detritus, su cui molti umani vivono confinati. Spensa è la figlia di un pilota assassinato per codardia, ma sogna di svolgere lo stesso lavoro del padre, anche se tutti la osteggiano: contro tutto e tutti, la ragazza sogna di volare tra le stelle ed è proprio lì che ci porta questo avvincente romanzo di Brandon Sanderson.

-Per chi ama la distopia fantascientifica
“Darkest Minds” è una trilogia distopica scritta da Alexandra Bracken, ambientata in un futuro non ben definito negli Stati Uniti, dove un’epidemia chiamata “NIAA” (Neurodegenerazione Idiopatica Adolescenziale Acuta) ha ucciso il 98% dei bambini; i pochi sopravvissuti vengono portati in centri di riabilitazione poiché hanno sviluppato complicate abilità. Con un ritmo serrato e un pathos notevole, la Bracken vi conquisterà con una storia indimenticabile.

-Per chi ama lo steampunk
“Victorian Vigilante” è un romanzo scritto a quattro mani da Federica Soprani e Vittoria Corella e che vi trasporterà in una Londra alternativa del 1870: città piene di tecnologia, scontro tra modi di interpretare la scienza e una bella dose di conflitti tra polizia e un vigilante con un compito molto speciale, fermare un dottore pazzo e ambizioso. Azione, personaggi e ambientazione steampunk: un mix davvero esplosivo.
